• We’re on a mission to make sure everyone has access to the law. • Lawhive is an online platform for consumers and small businesses to get legal help. • Seeking an enthusiastic Payment Operations Associate to join our customer operations team. • Overseeing and enhancing payment procedures and streamlining financial operations.

Requirements

• Previous experience working in a fast paced startup environment. • Previous experience in fintech or with payment processes. • Legal background and knowledge of the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) Accounts Rules is a plus. • Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. • Exceptional organisational and time management abilities. • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. • Demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively in a team. • Strong problem-solving aptitude.
