Requirements

• 1-2 years experience in a Marketing Ops environment with a proven track record working with either demand generation SaaS, product-led growth or self-serve business models. • Experience with Hubspot, SFDC, 6sense, Outreach, and Google Analytics. • Expertise in data analytics, including database segmentation, target list generation, and reporting analysis. • Knowledge of marketing initiatives, including API webhook implementation, lead generation forms, data enrichment practices, and lead lifecycle management. • Analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills. • Strong cross-functional stakeholder management, presentation skills, and organizational communication abilities. • Experience thriving in a fast-paced startup or hyper-growth environment with a high degree of autonomy. • Paid social targeting would be a plus. • Website Conversion Rate Optimisation expertise would be beneficial but not essential.
