Description

• Lead the team to architect, design, and implement robust cybersecurity solutions • Collaborate with leaders across international teams on cybersecurity strategies • Stay ahead of emerging cybersecurity trends with cutting-edge solutions • Oversee the architecture of secure IT networks, systems, and applications • Identify and manage security tools and services to align with strategy • Build security frameworks that are scalable and adaptive • Conduct deep research on global cybersecurity threats • Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate security • Mentor and manage a high-performing remote cybersecurity team • Responsible for the team’s success in achieving goals • Set clear, inspiring goals and support career growth • Ensure the team has the latest tools and training • Collaborate with HR to recruit and retain top talent

Requirements

• Relevant combination of education, professional training, and work experience • 8+ years in cybersecurity, with a focus on secure solution design, architecture, and leadership • Leading remote and global teams a plus • Relevant certifications in cybersecurity and technology are a plus
