• Main client contact for complex Canadian pension deliverables and new products • Provide expert consultation, shape decisions, and uncover revenue growth opportunities • Consult and present to external executive leaders on plan design and legislative landscape • Communicate regularly with clients at senior and executive levels
• 5+ years of experience in defined benefit plan administration • 5+ years direct experience in client relationship management and project management • Ability to work with and influence all areas of the client delivery business, across all stakeholders • Ability to anticipate client needs based on extensive DB and client knowledge • Identify and lead team through changes, supporting client goals • Effective communication and influencing skills on domain and technical matters
