• Jointly creating, developing, and implementing category strategies • Acting as Alight’s contractual point of contact with aligned suppliers • Developing strong, trusted partnerships with key business stakeholders • Taking proactive ownership in the Technology Category • Driving alignment and managing risk and issues
🎯 Requirements
• 7-10+ years experience in Category Management or equivalent work related experience • Ability to be the lead role in Category Management & Supplier Management/Interaction • Technology Network, Telecom & Software knowledge/experience • Proficient leadership and communications skills • Ability to think strategically and interact with C-Suite Level Management • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • Other certifications relative to the field a plus
