Description
• Responsible for Overpayments knowledge delivery through issue resolution and standardized processes. • Involves heavy client interaction and leading projects. • Identify and resolve issues through root cause analysis. • Lead process creation, improvement initiatives, and changes within the domain. • Manage workload including projects and ad-hoc deliverables.
Requirements
• 1-3 years of Payroll knowledge and experience, including Overpayments. • Experience in Client facing role. • Experience with Workday. • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, problem solving and analytical skills. • Able to work under tight deadlines managing multiple tasks and clients. • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft applications, Excel (pivot tables, macros, functions). • Demonstrate ability to operate independently with direction from senior team members.
