• Ability to Multitask and prioritize without supervision, • Ability to manage projects to a successful outcome, • Advanced Excel knowledge including tables, pivot tables, formulas, etc., • Proven ability to research issues directly with tax agencies, • Self-starter that is well organized, • Tax Filing Experience, • Education 3 + years of payroll tax filing experience, • Demonstrated strong verbal & written communication skills required, • 2+ Years of Payroll Tax Filing experience, • 2+ Years client interaction and management, • Proficient in Excel, i.e. pivot tables, vlook -ups, macro development, etc., • 2+ years’ experience with tax filing software required, • Master Tax experience highly preferred, • ADP Smart Compliance experience desired, • Basic understanding of payroll, tax, project management and/or related subject matter desired, • Basic understanding of regulatory and legislative guidelines desired, • Ability to work under tight deadlines managing multiple tasks, • Customer service/client facing communication preferred, • Detail oriented.
