• Support and manage payroll tasks using the appropriate ticket and payroll systems applying the defined standards and client specific requirements • Monitor and manage ticket queues using the appropriate tools to ensure tickets are handled per the defined timelines and do not exceed expected thresholds • Recognize and deal appropriately with sensitive and confidential information • Produce and understand basic standard and client specific payroll reports • Review and validate data for accuracy • Answer basic payroll questions and requests • Participate in projects and activities as needed and assigned
• Knowledge of MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • 1-2 years relevant experience administering Payroll or Health & Welfare/Benefits in an HR Consulting, HR Outsourcing or other corporate environment • Advanced English & German skills • Flexibility to support a global and fast paced environment • Attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal skills • Self-motivated and a willingness to learn
