• Manage, self-monitor progress, and close contract opportunities • Collaborate with attorneys within internal legal team • Prepare contracts using existing templates clearly and concisely • Proofread, edit, fact-check, and analyze contract terms • Negotiate contract terms with external clients • Analyze contract's risk to the business • Present and communicate to various levels of the organization
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree required • 3+ years of client contract management or client account/project management service delivery experience • Willingness to work virtually or in an office setting and in a geographically diverse workplace • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities • Excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills • Good organization skills and ability to multitask on several projects simultaneously • Excellent persuasion, negotiation and judgment skills • Experience in SaaS, BPaaS, BPO, and/or HR/payroll models • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
