📋 Description
• The OSM is accountable for management of ongoing operations across their assigned clients. • Responsible for ensuring timely execution of ongoing client deliverables. • Develop solutions to complex problems across clients. • Serve as the primary operations escalation point. • Responsible for people management including coaching and developing others.
🎯 Requirements
