Description
• Integrated into the Application Services department, support outsourced clients. • Provide application support and implementation consultancy. • Ensure applications meet agreed specifications through system tests. • Provide documentation on work packages implemented. • Manage personal daily priorities and support project priorities. • Regularly report on status and progress to the Team/Project Manager. • Maintain contact and communication channels at an appropriate level. • Communicate status, resolution, and root cause of assigned issues. • Understand general flows in HR and the SAP HR architecture. • Respect project timelines and ensure proper delivery of assigned work packages.
Requirements
• Bachelor or Master degree with a Business or Technical emphasis, or equivalent. • Previous experience in SAP HCM application implementation. • Be part of 3+ project rollouts. • Strong interest in delivering high quality support and implementation in the field of Human Resource. • Service-oriented with a strong client focus and sense of accountability. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Solid verbal and written communication skills in English. • Discretion and ability to respect the confidentiality of information. • Dutch, Belgium or Nordics payroll knowledge is a plus. • Dutch or French language is a plus.
