🎯 Requirements
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes, systems, and legislation in the UK. • Maintenance, troubleshooting, configuration and support of SAP Payroll systems (SAP HCM or ECP). • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Passion for implementing and improving payroll systems. • Payroll systems knowledge and experience (SuccessFactors ECP is a plus). • Systems implementation experience beneficial.
