📋 Description
• Lead and manage SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors (SFSF) projects • Ensure successful implementation and integration of payroll and T&A solutions • Responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and budget • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines and resource allocation • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors • Lead and motivate project teams • Maintain regular communication with stakeholders
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field • PMP or similar project management certification preferred • 5 to 7 years of experience as a Project Manager in SAP HCM and SFSF/SuccessFactors preferred • Strong knowledge of payroll systems and T&A management • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and complex projects • Strong leadership and team management abilities • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and risk management • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines • Fluent skills: Microsoft Office suite, MSS Project Plan, JIRA preferred • Ability to work in a fast-paced role
