β€’ The Project Manager will drive the planning, execution, and successful delivery of IT initiatives within our organization. β€’ With a primary focus on onboarding new technology vendors, CRM enhancements and system upgrades, this role is essential in aligning IT projects with business objectives and regulatory requirements. β€’ Reporting to the Vice President of Strategy and IT, the Project Manager will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution from initiation to completion. β€’ Develop comprehensive project plans with clear milestones, timelines, and resource allocations. β€’ Lead project kick-offs, monitor progress, and ensure on-time delivery of all IT initiatives. β€’ Coordinate the onboarding of new technology vendors by facilitating cross-functional collaboration and ensuring that vendor solutions are integrated smoothly with existing systems. β€’ Work closely with IT, compliance, operations, and business units to ensure that project objectives are aligned with overall organizational goals. β€’ Identify potential project risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies. β€’ Evaluate project performance through data analysis and stakeholder feedback and implement process improvements for future IT initiatives. β€’ Maintain detailed project documentation, including status reports, performance metrics, and post-implementation reviews. β€’ Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on project progress and vendor performance.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Demonstrated experience managing IT projects, preferably within the financial services sector. β€’ Proven track record in vendor onboarding and management, ensuring smooth integration of new technologies. β€’ Strong proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or similar platforms. β€’ Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. β€’ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. β€’ Strong problem-solving skills with an eye for detail. β€’ Familiarity with regulatory requirements and best practices in financial services IT projects.
