📋 Description

• Lead State-Funded Initiatives: Oversee project scope, schedule, and budget. • Implement Software Solutions: Collaborate with teams to manage IT transitions. • Manage Stakeholders & Vendors: Liaise with state agencies and coordinate remote teams. • Control Risk & Compliance: Identify project risks and ensure regulatory alignment. • Drive Quality & Reporting: Generate regular reports and maintain deliverable quality. • Foster Team Success: Promote collaboration and continuous improvement in a remote environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Education & Certification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. PMP certification required. • Project Management Experience: 5+ years managing complex projects across PMBOK areas. • Leadership & Collaboration: Experience supervising teams (5+ people) with strong communication skills. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar PM tools. • Regulatory & Contract Knowledge: 3+ years in a regulated industry with understanding of contract requirements. • Preferred: Fluency in American Sign Language (ASL) or willingness to learn.
