• Lead Workday projects of varying size, complexity, and interdependency • Collaborate with consultants and client teams to align business requirements with Workday solutions • Manage resources, scope, and timelines; identify potential risks and propose solutions; provide thorough and timely communication • Be resourceful, simplify where possible, and deliver with confidence
🎯 Requirements
• Prior experience as a Workday HCM project manager or HCM workstream lead • Drive to deliver quality solutions, anticipate risks, and meet business objectives – delivering outcomes versus checking items off the project plan • Must live in the United States and be authorized to work without sponsorship
