📋 Description
• Responsible for timely and quality execution of client deliverables • Consult with clients on Workday projects • Manage and guide a small team or become a lead Subject Matter Expert • Ensure effective coordination and delivery of Workday implementations • Work in a fast-paced environment • Provide high level of customer service • Lead projects through all stages of project life cycle • Conduct discovery sessions to gather requirements • Analyze, define, configure and document business requirements • Lead configuration and business process walk-through with the client • Troubleshoot business processes and configurations
🎯 Requirements
• 5 to 7 years experience implementing Financials systems • Previous consulting experience • Experience in transforming business requirements into complex system configurations • Advanced MS Excel skills • Strong facilitation/presentation skills • Understanding of project plan scope and resource needs • High attention to detail • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Ability to travel up to 50%
