📋 Description
• The Senior Counsel, Corporate & Securities position reports to the Deputy General Counsel • Seeking an attorney with corporate and securities experience for public companies • Experience with debt financing, corporate entity management, M&A, and related matters required • Coordinate and support all SEC reporting and compliance activities • Assist with corporate governance matters and training materials
🎯 Requirements
• Law degree and current state bar membership • 3-5+ years’ experience at a law firm or in a corporate law department with SEC compliance, M&A and corporate governance • Experience advising U.S. based multinational corporations on complex matters • Ability to collaborate on multiple projects with short deadlines simultaneously • Highly responsive and service oriented with excellent legal and business judgment • Must have strong communication skills and the ability to respond effectively and persuasively on behalf of the company
