📋 Description
• Structure, draft, and negotiate complex customer agreements for SaaS and other technology-enabled products and services, including professional services agreements, data processing agreements, intellectual property agreements, and statements of work. • Manage agreements to ensure compliance with company policies and risk tolerances while supporting the continuous improvement of standard-form contracts and legal processes. • Stay current on U.S. laws and regulations applicable to SaaS service providers, including those regarding privacy, data management, security, compliance requirements, and the supervisory bodies that issue such regulations. • Develop a comprehensive understanding of artificial intelligence technologies and their implications within the legal landscape, including how to leverage AI tools effectively to enhance legal research, contract analysis, and compliance management. • Provide expert and strategic legal advice to management on commercial matters. • Product counseling the launch of new products, and tools. • Stay updated on legislative changes and proactively recommend policy or product changes necessary to protect JLL Technologies. • Develop best-in-class templates, playbooks, and policy documentation.
🎯 Requirements
• J.D. degree and membership in at least one U.S. state bar • Ability to handle multiple projects at once • Experience working with cross-functional teams to reach objectives • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities • Proven ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines • Familiarity with relevant legal technologies and tools
