Description

• Lead design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions • Define platform governance process for ServiceNow environment • Develop ServiceNow APIs, scripting languages, web services • Manage ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, CSM, IRM, VRM, and SecOps products • Provide technical guidance to ServiceNow developers and users • Serve as ITIL expert for processes and procedures • Manage platform health and set direction • Provide strategic recommendations on best practices • Analyze time required for design and implementation of solutions • Propose integration and automation with other tools

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Architect • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator • 3+ years of experience delivering complex solutions on ServiceNow Platform • 2+ years of experience in ServiceNow security architecture • Experience with ServiceNow APIs, scripting languages, web services, and data formats • Experience as a ServiceNow developer • Experience with creating ServiceNow applications and integrations • Demonstrated experience in ITIL v4 • Experience with optimizing ServiceNow data model and structures • Manage services for federal government, requires US Citizenship
