📋 Description
• Responsible for delivering allocated work in all stages of the Workday project lifecycle • Developing your area of expertise in the Workday product suite • Guides other consultants within project team • Shares knowledge and information through regular communications and facilitation
🎯 Requirements
• Excellent oral and written communications skills in English • Preferably fluent in German or another European language such as Spanish • Certified in Workday HCM • Preferably have experience implementing another Workday module such as Recruiting or Talent and certification in that module would be an advantage • Exposure to the maintenance and enhancement of HR Systems (post go-live) • Consultancy experience of HR processes and/or worked within an HR Services team is desirable • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, a clear ability to ‘consult’ for and with your clients • Experience as 'Lead' with an implementation partner is preferred
