• Senior Consultant (w/m/d) im Bereich ServiceNow Solutions • Mitwirkung an ServiceNow-basierten Projekten • Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stakeholdern, Analyse der Geschäftsanforderungen und Definition der Integrationsanforderungen • Definition von technischen Lösungen auf Systemarchitektur-Ebene • Proaktives Erkennen von Möglichkeiten zur kontinuierlichen Nutzung der ServiceNow-Plattform • Aufrechterhaltung eines umfassenden Wissens über die Fähigkeiten der Plattform und Handeln als Fachexperte
🎯 Requirements
• IT-orientierter Studienabschluss oder umfassende Erfahrung in der IT-Branche • Erfahrung mit ServiceNow (bspw. in den Modulen ITSM, ITOM, CSM, IRM, SecOps, HRSD oder als Entwickler) • Fähigkeit, Stakeholder zu managen und unter Zeitvorgaben zu arbeiten • Nachgewiesener Erfolg bei der Durchführung technischer Projekte im ServiceNow-Ökosystem • Wünschenswert: eine ServiceNow Zertifizierung (bspw. CSA, CIS, CAD), Kenntnisse der ITIL-Terminologie, Grundlagenwissen im Projektmanagement und in der Anwendung agiler Methoden (z.B. Scrum, Design Thinking) sowie Kenntnisse von JavaScript, relationale Datenbanken und/oder Web-Technologien • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (alternativ sehr gute Englischkenntnisse) • Ausgeprägte Teamorientierung in internationalen Teams und hohe Kundenorientierung • Offen für Reisetätigkeit im Rahmen des Aufbaus und der Pflege von Kundenbeziehungen
