Description

• Engage with clients for Workday integration • Ensure smooth transition during initial implementation • Consult and deliver solutions based on client requirements • Build robust integration solutions • Mentor and coach team members • Participate in continuous process improvements

Requirements

• 5 to 7 plus years implementing HR, Payroll or Financials technical solutions with Workday, SAP, Oracle or similar applications • 5 to 7 plus years consulting experience, either within a consulting/software organization or as an internal consultant • 1 to 2 plus years of leading work through others • Thorough understanding of modern integration technologies (EDI, Web Services, XML, XSLT, Java, .Net, middleware) • Excellent oral and written communications skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Workday Studio Certification preferred • Workday Report/Prism Certification preferred • Workday Integrations Certified required
