Description

• Responsible for analyzing financial activities • Provides financial reports and interprets financial information • Advises on investment activities and provides strategies • Maintains the financial health of the organization • Analyzes costs, pricing, variable contributions, and sales results • Develops trends and projections for the company’s finances • Conducts reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities • Manages the preparation of the company’s budget • Liaises with auditors for monitoring of finances • Corresponds with other departments to discuss company plans • Hires, coaches, and develops staff • Assists in onboarding and training new team members • Encourages continuing professional education and development • Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics • 5+ year’s progressive experience in the financial sector • Ability to synthesize large quantities of complex data into actionable information • Ability to work and effectively communicate with senior-level business partners • Highly proficient in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, vlookup, sumifs)
