🎯 Requirements

• Professional experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or a similar role. • Software: Proficiency in design and collaboration tools such as Figma, FigJam, Miro, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar. • Research: Strong knowledge of user research methods and ability to conduct usability testing and present research insights. • Collaboration: Excellent facilitation and collaboration skills, with experience working in agile or cross-functional teams. • Communication: Fluent in English, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to gather and interpret project objectives and design requirements. • Strategic: Ability to identify needs, think critically, convey ideas, and align a team around a vision. • Self-Management: Strong ability to manage time, priorities, and estimate design delivery. • Portfolio: A well-rounded product design portfolio with result-driven case studies.
