📋 Description
• Bookkeeper responsible for reconciliations, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll. • Maintain accurate financial records for 10-20 clients. • Manage accounts payable and generate invoices. • Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures. • Organize and maintain digital financial records.
🎯 Requirements
• 1-3 years of bookkeeping experience, preferably supporting small businesses and not-for-profits. • Proficiency in cloud-based accounting and payroll software (e.g., QuickBooks Online, Xero; Wagepoint, Pay Edge). • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through. • A diploma in accounting or a related field is preferred but not required.
