📋 Description
• Unterstützung in der Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von Kundenumgebungen • Mitarbeit in der Konzeptionierung, der Verwaltung und technischen (Weiter) Entwicklung von Microsoftbasierten on Premise und Data Center Infrastrukturen unserer Kunden • Unterstützung in IT-Projekten • Lösung von 2nd-/3rd-Level-Störungen sowie zugehöriger Kundenanfragen • Mitwirkung/Umsetzung in der Bewertung, Installation und Konfiguration von Changes sowie Begleitung von Onboarding-Projekten • Mitarbeit in der technologischen Beratung unserer Kunden für Microsoft Server & Server Applications Infrastructure
🎯 Requirements
• Kenntnisse in der Administration und/oder Migration von Microsoft-Server sowie Microsoft Standard Applikationen/Services • Fachwissen in einem oder mehreren der folgenden Bereichen: Active Directory, MS Server OS Verwaltung, MS Exchange Server, MS SQL Server; SCCM, Patch Management, Berechtigungsmanagement; File / Print, DHCP, DNS, WINS, RDS, PRTG- Monitoring (optional) • serviceorientierte, kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit Organisationsgeschick und Teamgeist • sicheres Deutsch in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
