• Moodle-Administration & Weiterentwicklung: Du bist verantwortlich für die technische Betreuung und kontinuierliche Optimierung unseres Learning-Management-Systems (LMS) Moodle. • Kursmanagement & Strukturierung: Du erstellst und verwaltest Kurse, kümmerst dich um die Benutzerverwaltung und stellst sicher, dass alle Inhalte reibungslos funktionieren. • Technische Problemlösung & Support: Du unterstützt Dozierende und Teilnehmende bei technischen Fragen, löst auftretende Probleme und verbesserst die Systemnutzung. • Prozessautomatisierung & Schnittstellenmanagement: Du optimierst Abläufe innerhalb von Moodle und sorgst für eine effiziente Anbindung an andere Systeme. • Benutzerfreundlichkeit & Innovation: Du entwickelst das System weiter, um eine noch bessere Learning Experience für unsere Talents zu ermöglichen.
🎯 Requirements
• Studium im Bereich Informatik, Bildungstechnologie, Instructional Design oder einem verwandten Feld – alternativ relevante Berufserfahrung im Bereich LMS-Administration. • Erfahrung mit Moodle oder vergleichbaren LMS: Du kennst dich mit der Administration und Anpassung von Lernplattformen aus. • Technisches Know-how: Du hast Erfahrung mit Datenbanken, Plugins und Schnittstellen (z. B. API-Anbindungen) und kannst Systeme optimieren. • Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise: Du erkennst technische Herausforderungen schnell und findest effiziente Lösungen. • Grundkenntnisse in Webtechnologien: Erfahrung mit HTML, CSS und idealerweise PHP ist ein Plus. • Gutes Verständnis für E-Learning & digitale Bildung: Du verstehst die Anforderungen an eine modernen Lernplattform und kannst diese aktiv weiterentwickeln. • Kommunikationsstärke & Teamfähigkeit: Du kannst Anforderungen von Dozierenden und Studierenden verstehen, in technische Lösungen übersetzen und professionell kommunizieren.
