📋 Description
• Control System Service engineer will be a key member of the operations team conducting Field Service activities at customer sites. • This role requires making decisions and applying concepts to issues of moderate complexity. • Work involves considerable travel (around 160 days per year). • Responsibilities include commissioning of control systems and maintenance services with customers. • Additional tasks include providing technical assistance and managing customer complaints. • Support engineering tasks and generate reports concerning field activities. • Maintain safety documentation to comply with health and safety policies.
🎯 Requirements
• Ability to travel to customer sites locally and globally. (Around 160 days/year) • Must have a valid driver’s license. • Proficiency level in German and English • Experience in Substation Automation Systems, working on technical support, testing, maintenance, commissioning in transmission, distribution, industrial and power plants environments. • Experience with electrical Protection relays and Control systems (LV, MV & HV). • Experience in substation automation systems (PACiS, DS Agile & Zenon knowledge preferred) • Experience in Networking, communication Protocols and OT Cyber security aspects. • Candidates with proven knowledge of GE protection relays and Substation automation solutions are preferred.
