Description
• Design and develop dashboards to present HR data in a clear, engaging, and interactive manner. • Organize the back-end data, potentially using SQL to create data warehouses. • Ensure the data is structured logically for easy retrieval and visualization using Power BI. • Collaborate closely with the Chief People Officer to align the dashboards with the strategic goals of making HR more data-driven. • Make HR metrics more tangible and accessible for finance and engineering teams. • Develop live dashboards that allow for real-time engagement and foster a sense of inclusion and belonging within the company.
