• Klantenservice verlenen: vouchers voor diensten, zoals schoonmaak, strijken, boodschappen doen en vervoer voor mensen met een beperking. • Beantwoorden van binnenkomende telefoontjes en e-mails over het gebruik van vouchers, bestellen, terugbetaling en omruiling. • Registreren en inloggen op de website. • Wijziging van persoonlijke gegevens. • Bestellingen die niet zijn aangekomen. • Klant heeft betaald, maar geen cheques ontvangen. • Aanvragen van fiscale attesten voor belastingaangifte. • Informatie verstrekken over de wettelijke voorwaarden voor het gebruik van vouchers. • Fungeren als de schakel tussen regio's, schoonmaakbedrijven en klanten.
🎯 Requirements
