Requirements

• Fluent in Danish • Working proficiency in English • Experience in Technical Support is preferred • Self – Sufficient & confident in troubleshooting basic technical issues related to Connectivity, Systems & Devices • Ability to follow technical troubleshooting steps • Excellent communication skills • High understanding of IT topics such as storage, networking, mobile device management • Previous customer service experience is a plus • Ability to show empathy towards customers • Positive & flexible attitude • Attendance and punctuality • Ability and will to absorb knowledge
