Description

• Responsible for creating a comprehensive estimate of damages for material damage claims. • Acts as a peer mentor and provides direction to junior employees. • Negotiates settlements and documents all activities in complex files. • Applies mastered content to assist in formal training. • Exhibits mastery in estimating fundamentals. • Recommends process improvements and builds relationships with customers. • Interprets regulatory compliance and fair claims practices.

Requirements

• 4 year Bachelor's Degree (Preferred) • 3 or more years of experience (Preferred) • In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
