• Reporting to the VP of Business Development - Payer, this person is responsible for working in collaboration with our product, marketing and creative teams to develop content, training, customer presentation materials, and other go-to-market sales enablement tools to support and drive growth across Alma’s partnerships. • Collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders in the healthcare ecosystem are central to Alma’s mission to simplify access to high-quality in-network mental healthcare. • The ideal candidate will be a great communicator with strong project management and client presentation skills.
• You have 3-5 years of experience in sales enablement, sales support, or sales/account management experience, within healthcare or insurance. • You have experience developing custom client presentations. • You have experience working with a CRM. • You have strong project management skills and enjoy collaborating with diverse teams. • You have excellent communication skills and have a customer-first attitude. • You have strong analytical and team-based problem solving skills. • You are able to multi-task, self-organize, and deliver projects on time. • You are passionate about Alma’s mission of making mental healthcare more accessible.
