• Almanak is a data science and research-oriented company dedicated to understanding and designing the next generation of AI-driven web3. • We are looking for an experienced and innovative Marketing Specialist to join our team at Almanak. • This is a strategic and hands-on role where you’ll have the opportunity to take charge of content creation, community management, and growth hacking within the web3 and crypto space.

Requirements

• Experience & Expertise: • 2+ years of experience in marketing, community management, or growth hacking within the fintech, blockchain, or crypto industry. • Proven track record of building and growing online communities, particularly in the web3/crypto space. • Strong content creation skills with a portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns, articles, and social media posts. • Skills: • Deep understanding of the web3, DeFi, and crypto ecosystems, with the ability to articulate complex topics in a simple and engaging way. • Good grasp of DeFi user funnel challenges and cross-platform user journey. • Hands-on experience with growth marketing techniques, data analysis, and performance optimization. • Proficiency in using social media platforms (Twitter, Discord, YouTube, etc.) and content management systems. • Understanding of DeFi trading is a plus. • Attributes: • Highly self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a remote setting. • Exceptional communication skills with a talent for storytelling and crafting compelling narratives. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment and adapt strategies as needed.
