Description

• The Controller will manage all accounting, financial reporting, and finance-related compliance functions. • This role is pivotal to shaping and implementing financial strategies for Crypto business. • The ideal candidate will possess a blend of traditional financial expertise and understanding of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred. • An advanced understanding of GAAP is a plus, as is familiarity with crypto accounting practices and standards. Knowledge of IFRS is also a plus. • 7+ years of experience in accounting or finance, with a minimum of 3 years in a management-level role (experience in crypto, fintech, or technology sector preferred). • Proficiency in accounting software (Sage Intacct a plus); experience with blockchain-based financial tools is highly desirable. • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a strategic mindset and attention to detail. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and adapt to evolving industry regulations.
