📋 Description
• Who We Are: Alpaca is a US California headquartered brokerage infrastructure technology company and self-clearing broker-dealer. • Our Team Members: We’re a team of 150+ globally distributed members who love working from our favorite places worldwide. • Responsibilities: The HR Generalist will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, including supporting employment agreements, onboarding new employees in Japan, managing employee benefits and compensation, and ensuring compliance with relevant HR laws and regulations. • APAC Region Support: Supporting performance reviews, employee trainings, orientations, and connecting with IT support in Japan for onboarding. • All Alpaca Support: Creating and preparing offer letters, maintaining employee records, and supporting global payroll.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field • 5+ years of experience in HR generalist or HRBP role • Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Multilingual in at least English and Japanese • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Global and cultural sensitivity
