Familiarity with zero-knowledge cryptography and Bitcoin is a major plus. • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop engineering teams, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Problem Solver: Strategic thinker who can navigate ambiguity and make impactful decisions. • Collaboration: Comfortable working cross-functionally with product, design, and research teams in a fast-paced environment. • Preferred Skills: Experience in cryptography, distributed systems, or high-performance computing. • Hands-on experience with programming languages like Rust, C++, or Python. • Passion for Bitcoin, decentralised finance, and financial sovereignty.
