• Marketing Leadership: Proven experience managing and scaling a high-performing marketing organization for a globally recognized technology company. • Hands-On Execution: Willingness and ability to roll up your sleeves and execute on tactical work alongside strategic leadership. • Entrepreneurial Mindset: High-energy, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment. • Crypto-Native Experience: Ideally having an understanding of web3, bitcoin, or blockchain technologies. • Cross-Functional Excellence: Ability to develop and execute cross-channel marketing strategies with clear goals, timelines, and outcomes. • Data-Driven Approach: Experience building a culture of analytics and accountability in marketing teams. • Bonus Points: Product Marketing Expertise: Experience engaging with technical audiences, particularly developers and cryptographers. • Brand Builder: Proven success in creating a differentiated and impactful brand identity. • Visionary Thinking: Ability to anticipate trends and position the brand favorably while staying true to its values.
