🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing with a technical focus, or a related field. • 4+ years of experience in web operations, digital operations, website management, or a related role • Proven ability to manage projects using agile methodologies (e.g., Sprint planning) • Good understanding of web security principles and best practices • Strong experience with Content Management Systems • Familiarity with modern web development frameworks and deployment platforms • Proficiency with Git and Github • Experience with website monitoring tools and automated testing tools • Understanding of server infrastructure, domain management, and SSL certificate management in cloud-based environments • Familiarity with security audit and penetration testing processes and methodologies • Excellent communication, collaboration, and vendor management skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to security and performance
