📋 Description
• This is a remote position. • Alset is looking for highly skilled and driven Semi-Senior Full-Stack .NET Developers with 2-4 years of experience in full-stack web development. • This is a great opportunity for developers who are ready to take on more responsibility and contribute to complex and innovative projects. • As a semi-senior developer, you will collaborate closely with our team of product managers, designers, and engineers to design and implement solutions that meet our clients’ needs.
🎯 Requirements
• Develop and maintain web-based applications using C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript (Angular or React), and SQL. • Work with front-end and back-end development technologies, including Typescript, Asynchronous Programming, and .NET MAUI/Xamarin. • Troubleshoot software systems, optimize performance and resolve issues across multiple projects. • Demonstrate understanding of software design patterns, methodologies, and coding best practices. • Collaborate with other developers to design solutions, contribute to code reviews, and share knowledge. • 2-4 years of professional experience in full-stack development. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent practical experience. • Proficiency in C#, JavaScript (Angular or React), and SQL. • Experience with Asynchronous Programming and .NET MAUI/Xamarin. • Solid understanding of OOP concepts, development methodologies, and design patterns. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. • Familiarity with SCRUM methodology. • Good communication skills in both English and Spanish (Bilingual position preferred).

• Competitive salary of $22,000-25,000 MXN per month up to $29,000 depending on English proficiency (Intermediate to Advanced/Fluent). • Full-time position with opportunities for advancement. • Flexible work schedules and the ability to work from home. • Direct contract with a company based in the USA. • Immediate hiring with a 1-month probationary period and potential for a contract extension.
