📋 Description

• Responsible for programming, customizing, and analyzing client email campaigns using Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) • Provide technical support for Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) to the B2B Marketing Team • Program and manage client emails, including scheduling and reporting • Use HTML and CSS to format and style emails • Create, update, and report on forms, landing pages, and Salesforce Campaigns • Edit Pardot system settings and fields as directed • Generate and distribute weekly email click reports • Compile and analyze data for Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Marketing Reports • Assist in learning and configuring marketing software tools • Develop process documentation and training guides/videos • Troubleshoot system integration issues and provide technical support to team members

🎯 Requirements

• Post-secondary or technical education required • +2 years working with Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) or similar platforms • +1 year preparing reports and analyzing marketing data • Certification preferred in one of more of the following software platforms • Experience with Account Engagement (Pardot) • Experience styling, editing, and configuring marketing emails • Proven ability to write, edit, and troubleshoot HTML and CSS • Experience creating and editing webpages (Drupal) • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Familiarity with Google Marketing Tools • Familiarity with project management principles and tools • French and English are required • Strong customer service and communication skills • Effective time management with the ability to prioritize tasks
