• Altera Digital Health delivers health IT solutions to support caregivers around the world. • Innovative and strategic Product Manager to lead product development and delivery. • Define and execute product strategy and roadmap for population health and interoperability solutions. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance care coordination and data exchange. • Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations, including the Cures Act interoperability rules. • Manage product lifecycle from conception to launch, including requirement gathering and stakeholder management.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of product management experience in healthcare technology, with a focus on population health and/or interoperability solutions • Strong understanding of healthcare IT ecosystems, EMR/EHR systems, and data exchange standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR) • Experience with agile development methodologies • Familiarity with value-based care models and population health management strategies • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex healthcare data into actionable insights • Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels • Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) • Knowledge and experience with any Cloud platform such as OCI, AWS, Azure
