📋 Description

• Lead worldwide tax function, overseeing strategy, compliance, reporting, and risk management. • Develop and execute a comprehensive global tax strategy aligned with growth objectives. • Optimize tax efficiency across structures, transactions, and rationalization in various regions. • Ensure compliance with tax laws, including corporate income tax and indirect tax. • Implement a global tax governance framework to minimize liabilities and drive efficiencies. • Oversee transfer pricing strategy ensuring compliance with OECD guidelines. • Assist in due diligence, structuring, and post-acquisition integration for transactions. • Oversee global tax provision and reporting for financial statements. • Manage relationships with external tax advisors and regulatory bodies. • Advise executive leadership on tax implications of exit strategies. • Implement automation tools and best practices for tax compliance and reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA, JD, or Master’s in Taxation preferred. • 12+ years of progressive tax experience, with a focus on US tax and international compliance. • Experience in a high-growth, private equity-backed, multinational technology company and/or Big 4 firm. • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex regulatory and accounting matters in a concise and related manner for executive-level consumption. • Track record of managing multiple outside service providers and stakeholders in a high-growth/globally dispersed organization. • Deep knowledge of US federal, state, and international tax laws and regulations.
