Description
• Responsible for ensuring timely completion of activities to secure and preserve REO properties • Manage REO property preservation process, following company procedures and legal guidelines • Coordinate property inspections, secure vacant properties, and oversee property maintenance • Collaborate with asset managers to ensure a smooth transition when properties are ready for listing and sale • Maintain accurate records for all REO properties under your purview
Requirements
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in property preservation, REO management, or a related field • Strong understanding of reverse mortgage foreclosure timelines and procedures • Excellent communication and coordination skills to work effectively with vendors, contractors, and internal departments • Proactive and detail-oriented with a focus on timely completion of tasks • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency in PPW and Resnet applications
