•We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven Marketing Data & Analytics Manager with a strong focus on analytics to join our marketing team. •This role is essential in ensuring that we can effectively track and optimize the entire user journey—from anonymous visits to purchase and through product adoption within our products and apps. •The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for leveraging data to drive marketing decisions, improve customer experiences, and enhance product adoption.

Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus. •5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, with a strong focus on data analytics and user journey tracking. •Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Bizible, Mixpanel, Domo or similar platforms. •Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Domo) and CRM and MA systems (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo). •Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, email marketing, social media, and paid advertising. •Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. •Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. •Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with cross-functional teams. •Familiarity with app analytics and user engagement strategies is a plus.
