•We are seeking an experienced Software Engineering Team Lead to lead our web application development team. •The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership and technical expertise to guide the team through all phases of the software development lifecycle, ensuring the successful delivery of scalable, high-quality web applications. •The role requires a balance between hands-on development, architecture design, and team management.

Requirements

•Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. •Experience: •7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. •Proven experience in web application development, with a solid understanding of front-end and back-end technologies. •Technical Skills: •Proficiency in modern web development languages and frameworks (JavaScript, TypeScript, Vue.js, C# .Net Core). •Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and AWS cloud platform. •Experience with relational databases (MySQL) and ORM frameworks. •Familiarity with DevOps tools (CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins). •Proficiency in Git, version control systems, and development workflows. •Leadership Skills: •Demonstrated experience in leading and growing technical teams. •Strong project management skills with experience in agile methodologies. •Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
