Description

• The Regional Director of Operations manages a region of Senior Living Communities • Responsible for the overall management of assigned communities within your cluster • Overseeing community operations • Responsible for innovating and implementing processes and procedures to enhance the development of talent and systems in their assigned cluster • Ensures compliance with all laws, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures within the communities • Provides training and support to all team members and promotes quality care and independence for residents • Conducts field audits at the communities within the region • Responsible for setting goals and objectives for operations and sales functions within the region • Lead regional team training sessions focusing on operations, sales and marketing.

Requirements

• A minimum of five years of experience in an operations leadership role • Five years of multi-site leadership experience in the senior living industry • Demonstrated, successful operations experience to independent, assisted, Alzheimer’s, CCRC communities or related fields • Must have a valid license to operate an assisted living facility, if mandated by the State in which the community is located • Bachelor Degree • Financial acumen and budget management experience • Exceptional problem solving and time management skills • The ability to travel extensively within the region • Experience with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Knowledge of applicable laws, rules, and regulations governing independent living communities • A minimum of three years of sales and marketing experience/leadership in Senior Living or the Hospitality Industry • Possess exceptional communication skills • Exhibit strong organizational capabilities • Demonstrate empathy and good listening skills • Remain flexible and adaptable • Express compassion for residents
