Description

• Lead cross-functional stakeholder group across Product, Data Science, Commercial, Clinical, Finance, Talent, and Operations to set vision, strategy, and roadmap driving internal infrastructure builds (people, process, systems) to support a scaling 1099 therapy and psychiatry network • Lead operational teams enabling network scale, including Provider (Therapy + Psychiatry) Onboarding Operations, Network Management (service quality, systems hygiene, etc.), Credentialing, and Licensing • Set roadmap, KPIs and business health metrics driving accountability and transparency of domains above • Identify opportunities to drive operational efficiency across the care delivery business • Demonstrate a structured, data-driven approach, developing investment and project briefs

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience, with deep domain expertise around building and scaling a virtual clinical network and associated complex operations; strong preference for therapy and psychiatry network experience • Demonstrated track record at a high-growth, digital health start-up • Deep operational expertise with ability to set and achieve targets and develop cross-functional roadmaps; brings industry benchmarks and best practices to role • Ability to influence and effectively communicate with senior leadership • People management experience and ability to motivate and drive operational teams • Analytical skill set, with ability to break down a problem into component parts, build a project plan against it, and manage end-to-end execution • Strong judgment, accountability and decision-making skill set • Critical problem solver leading with data
