Description

•Working with Director+ stakeholders to understand process gaps and areas of opportunities for EAA improvement and designing/improving processes and mechanisms to address •Shepherding EAA QBRs and goal-setting exercises, driving alignment and quality artifacts across the organization •Leading the execution of special projects designed to close EAA gaps and improve EAA interactions with other Coinbase business units •Ensuring ESTO’s contribution to M&A is timely, efficient, and correct •Owning the ESTO Budget Management •Owning the EAA Contractor Management •Driving QBR Process •Driving Annual and Quarterly OKR process •Owning ESTO-wide Signal Lights processes •Continuous process improvement and project execution through a PMO •HR/Recruiting DRI •Offsites DRI

Requirements

•5+ years experience in PM, TPM or related disciplines and 10+ professional experience •5 + years as a people manager •Excellent written and verbal communication skills •Proven experience improving organizations through process and mechanism design •Past ownership of VP level communications and mechanisms
